Our management philosophy is "SEKISHIN" that is "true heart".
SEKISHIN has meanings of compassion, pure heart, true heart, sincerity or something. We do business with customers, partners and employees in good faith.
As a result, our business makes everyone happy. This is a fun part of business. And that will make us grow.
When I was 5 years old, I was able to survive with blood from kind people I do not know at all.
Konagaya, the company president, suffered from heart disease at the age of 5.
At that time, I had to undergo surgery without success stories.
Fortunately, I was able to survive with blood from kind people I do not know at all.
From such experiences, I am strongly realizing the importance of helping people and people.
